PhilosophyMinnetonka Juniors believes in promoting growth in the sport of volleyball and developing the athletic and life skills of its participants. Players should expect to learn the values of prioritizing their schedules, working together toward common goals, working hard for group and individual success, and respect, honesty, and integrity for others and themselves. Players should expect to receive high quality training and play at a high level of competition, while having a fun and enjoyable experience. Minnetonka Juniors understands and supports players’ families, academics, and other activities. Participation in Junior Olympic volleyball requires a high level of commitment of your time, body, and mind. We believe that this commitment has its place among your priorities. Family and school (academics and school sports) come first, followed by your volleyball team, followed by your social life. Players will be expected to make every effort to schedule their priorities to not conflict with their volleyball commitment. Missing practice to write a paper is not acceptable if you spent all weekend hanging out with your friends. Back to Information |
